Application by the respondents Melinda Danowitz, Martin Danowitz, and Bari Danowitz pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 22, 2010. Separate application by the respondents Jeffrey Schwartz, Amy Schwartz, and Elliot Schwartz for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondents Melinda Danowitz, Martin Danowitz, and Bari Danowitz, and the respondents Jeffrey Schwartz, Amy Schwartz, and Elliot Schwartz to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 16, 2011, and the briefs of those respondents must be served and filed on or before that date.
