Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 14, 2011, and an order of the same court entered March 11, 2011, to stay enforcement of stated portions of a judgment of the same court dated December 10, 2002, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
