It is Ordered that tenant-appellant's motion is granted only to the extent of enlarging his time to perfect his appeal on condition that he perfect the appeal by no later than the September 2011 term - the filing deadline is July 6, 2011. Tenant-appellant's motion is denied in all other respects. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
