It is Ordered that landlords-respondents' motion to dismiss the appeal and vacate the stay is granted unless tenant-appellant: 1- perfects her appeal by no later than the September 2011 term - the filing deadline is July 6, 2010; and 2- continues to pay $2,000 to the landlord on or before the fifth day of each month toward the balance of the arrears, together with the monthly rent payment and additional rent as it accrues, also to be paid on or before the fifth day of each month.
