| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Jeffrey L. Klein, Cara L. Klein, and Claudette Latham, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated December 23, 2009, on the ground that the appellant failed to properly serve the record and appellant's brief, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the movants' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 4, 2011, and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
