| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Nuria Hernandez, the plaintiff in a related action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 17, 2010, to direct the appellant to file a supplemental record containing certain motion papers, and to enlarge her time to serve and file a brief as a respondent or for leave to file an amicus curiae brief. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, the papers filed in relation to the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the movant seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before May 9, 2011.
