Motion by Denise Grande for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 30, 2011, and, in effect, to stay enforcement of a certain judgment against her pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to serve the motion papers in accordance with the order to show cause dated April 8, 2011.
