DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its order on certification dated March 17, 2011, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order is substituted therefor:

Appeals by Todd R. M. from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated November 15, 2010, and March 4, 2011, and upon the certification of Ronald J. McGaw, Esq., dated March 8, 2011, it is

ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
