DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Hector J. Martinez from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 12, 2009, March 8, 2010, and July 20, 2010, respectively. By decision and order on motion dated March 18, 2011, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until April 18, 2011. The appellant has not perfected the appeals.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a], 670.8[e]) and prior order of this Court.
