Appeal by Jill McCormick from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 31, 2010. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2011, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation in the office of the Clerk of this Court containing certain information on or before April 15, 2011, or her appeal would be dismissed. The appellant has not compiled with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2011.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2011 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
