It is Ordered that the motions are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that landlord-respondent's motion to vacate the stay is denied. Tenant-appellant's motion to extend the time to deposit $9,400 with the Clerk of the Civil Court is granted to the extent of directing tenant-appellant to deposit said sum on or before May 6, 2011. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
