| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to vacate a stay of enforcement an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 4, 2011, granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2011, which was conditioned upon the perfection of an appeal from the order on or before April 4, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on motion dated March 2, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 4, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "May 20, 2011."
