Motion by Shimshon Jalas and Goldmark, Inc., to stay enforcement of a decision and order of this Court dated December 28, 2010, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 25, 2008, and an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 6, 2009, pending determination of their motion for leave to reargue or leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
