Motion by Property Casualty Insurers Association of America for leave to file an amicus curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated July 15, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amicus curiae brief must be served on the parties, and an original and five copies filed in this court, within 21 days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amicus curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file responses to the amicus curiae brief within 14 days of the date that the amicus brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
