| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to Public Officers Law § 36 to enjoin the respondents from issuing any bond anticipation notes or bonds to fund any settlement with Westwood Organic Recycling, LLC, or to enjoin the respondents from disbursing the proceeds of those bond anticipation notes or bonds, pending hearing and determination of the proceeding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
