Appellant Laura Pedro having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on July 29, 2010, and to consolidate the appeals from said order,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Norman E.S. Greene, Esq. sworn to April 14, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time for appellant Laura Pedro to perfect her appeal is granted to the extent that appellant Laura Pedro shall perfect her appeal on or before June 20, 2011, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, Laura Pedro's appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals from the order entered July 29, 2010, is granted and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
