It is Ordered that the tenant-appellant's motion for various relief and landlord-respondent's cross motion to vacate the stay and dismiss the appeals are denied. It is further Ordered that the appeals from the Housing Court orders dated September 27, 2010 and November 16, 2010 be calendared for the June 2011 term. Reply briefs, if any are to be served and filed by May 16, 2011.
