It is Ordered that landlord-appellant's motion to vacate this Court's April 5, 2011 order, which had granted, without opposition, tenant-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal reinstated, on condition that landlord-appellant perfect its appeal by no later than the September 2011 term - the filing deadline is July 6, 2011. In the event of landlord-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, tenants-respondents may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
