DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered February 25, 2011, and March 28, 2011, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order entered March 28, 2011, to stay the trial of the financial issues, and to stay all proceedings to hold him in contempt, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant may use funds in an account in the Gloucester Bank to satisfy his pendente lite obligations set forth in the order entered March 28, 2011, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
