DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by Archstone and Archstone-Smith Westbury, L.P., to admit pro hac vice Robert Lee Crewdson and John S. Ducat III, attorneys in good standing in the State of Georgia, to represent them on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 2, 2010, July 22, 2010, August 12, 2010, and February 2, 2011, respectively, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated January 19, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted.
