It is Ordered that the motion and cross motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that landlord-respondent's motion to dismiss appeal is denied. Tenant-appellant's cross motion is granted only to extent of directing tenant-appellant to perfect her appeal by no later than Sept. 2011 term - filing deadline is July 6, 2011. Tenant-respondent's cross motion is denied in all other respects.
In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
