Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 7, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and the respondent's brief which was submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 24, 2011, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
