Application by Ellen Semel and Susan Gombos, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 16, 2009, to substitute Ellen Semel and Susan Gombos, as co-executors of the estate of Alice Silverberg, for the deceased respondent Alice Silverberg, and to amend the caption.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Ellen Semel and Susan Gombos, as co-executors of the estate of Alice Silverberg, are substituted for the deceased respondent Alice Silverberg, and the caption is amended accordingly.
