DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Jerome B. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 18, 2010, and November 18, 2010, respectively. By order to show cause dated March 17, 2011, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification of this Court dated January 28, 2011, to perfect the appeals on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeals, and dismissing the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment.
