It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon the filing and service of a new motion with an affidavit showing proof of service on the Honorable Michael L. Dwyer, in addition to the County Attorney (see CPLR 306; 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [a] [5] [i]).
