Motion by the appellants to stay the trials in certain holdover proceedings pending in the District Court of the County of Nassau, First District, Hempstead Landlord Tenant Part, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 26, 2010, and December 14, 2010, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
