Separate applications by the respondents Long Island Lighting Company and North Shore Cesspool Cleaning Co., Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 19, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondents Long Island Lighting Company and North Shore Cesspool Cleaning Co., Inc., to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until June 3, 2011, and the briefs of the respondents Long Island Lighting Company and North Shore Cesspool Cleaning Co., Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date.
