On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2011, in in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered November 23, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Nassau County" and the date "September 20, 2010," substituting therefor the words "Kings County" and the date "November 23, 2010."
