Motion by the respondent Richard DeCola to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 8, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time of the respondent Richard DeCola to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 13, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Richard DeCola must be served and filed on or before that date.
