It is Ordered that tenant-appellant Diana Corto's motion for a stay of the underlying landlord-tenant proceeding is granted on condition that Ms. Corto perfects her appeal by no later than the September 2011 term - the filing deadline is July 6, 2011. In the event of tenant-appellant Diana Corto's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The appeal shall proceed on the original record.
