ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 12, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 29, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the word "Truehold" and substituting therefor the word "Treuhold."
