Application by the respondent Enterprise Leasing Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered September 16, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Enterprise Leasing Company to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 24, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Enterprise Leasing Company must be served and filed on or before that date.
