Appeals by Mark Tunne from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, both dated June 25, 2010. The appeals were transferred to this Court by order of the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, dated May 10, 2011.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with these appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
