DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered March 18, 2010, as a poor person, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant moving for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief after assigned counsel files a brief.
