DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Kings Point, Nassau County, rendered December 14, 2010, and for permission to submit the appeal on an abridged record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by July 1, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to submit the appeal on an abridged record dispensing with the minutes of the trial is granted, except that the record shall include the pretrial colloquy on December 14, 2010 regarding the motion to dismiss.
