Motion by the nonparty-appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 22, 2010, and, in effect, to stay all proceedings with respect to the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
