Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Brian Wisniewski, Esq. sworn to April 26, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Melissa A. Day, Esq. dated May 2, 2011, and the affirmation of David E. Gutowski, Esq. dated May 5, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 24, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 20, 2011, and inserting in its place the date July 20, 2011, and

It is further ORDERED that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 6, 2011 is hereby amended by deleting the date May 24, 2011, and inserting in it place the date July 20, 2011, and

It is further ORDERED that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 24, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 24, 2011, and inserting in its place the date August 24, 2011.
