Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 20, 2011, for leave to reargue her prior motion to vacate an automatic stay in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 3, 2011.
