Motion by the appellant to stay the trial on the issue of grounds for divorce in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 10, 2011, for an expedited briefing schedule, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
