| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve retained counsel and for the assignment of new counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 1, 2006. Separate motion by the appellant's retained counsel to be relieved.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on or before June 23, 2011, retained counsel is directed to serve and file an affirmation setting forth the amount that counsel has been paid and the work that counsel has performed on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are held in abeyance in the interim.
