2010-09861 ORDER ON APPLICATION Ana Iris Chiclana, appellant, v State of New York, respondent. (Claim No. 113408)

Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims, dated September 8, 2010, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the respondent's brief and the appellant's reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 27, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the respondent's brief and the appellant's reply brief is granted to the extent that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, and the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]), and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
