Application by Dollar Rent a Car, Inc., and Rental Car Finance Corp., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal by serving and filing a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered September 9, 2010. The joint appendix and the brief of the appellant Jamaal Freeman were filed with the Clerk of this Court on May 23, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the appellants Dollar Rent a Car, Inc., and Rental Car Finance Corp., to perfect their appeal by serving and filing a brief is enlarged until May 26, 2011, and the brief of those appellants must be served and filed on or before that date.
