On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on application dated April 13, 2011, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order is substituted therefor:
Application by the appellants Giacomo Management and Manuel Roberto Zhagui pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 19, 2010, to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the appellants Giacomo Management and Manuel Roberto Zhagui to perfect their appeal is enlarged until June 14, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the brief of the appellants Giacomo Management and Manuel Roberto Zhagui must be served and filed on or before that date.
