Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 23, 2010, to enlarge the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 18, 2011, directing the appellant to serve a copy of the decision and order on motion dated May 18, 2011, together with a copy of the appellant's brief and appendix on the appeal, upon the respondent, by personal delivery, and to file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court within 20 days of the date of the order.
