Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 31, 2009, and an order of the same court dated September 17, 2010, pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of the judgment rendered March 31, 2009, and to release the appellant on his own recognizance, or in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail.
