Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kathleen P. Reardon, Esq., sworn to May 4, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 23, 2011, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
