| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 28, 2010, pending certain proceedings and to enlarge the record to include certain documents concerning those proceedings. Separate motion by the appellant to withdraw the motion, inter alia, to hold the appeal in abeyance, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, to direct that certain records be "restored" and made "open for inspection," to enlarge the record to include certain documents, and to impose a sanction upon certain attorneys.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to withdraw the motion, inter alia, to hold the appeal in abeyance is granted, and the motion is deemed withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until June 27, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
