ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 6, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 18, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "January 8, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "January 18, 2011."
