Motion by the respondent St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center for leave to reargue an appeal from order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 18, 2009, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 22, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs payable to the appellants.
