| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 8, 2011, which determined her motion to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 9, 2010, dismissing appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 29, 2008, and two orders of the same court both dated March 31, 2009, for failure to perfect the appeals in accordance with a prior order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
